Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Coordinator to represent our company and manage collaborations with national real estate agencies. This role combines relationship management, sales, and project coordination, with a strong focus on expanding our real estate network across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and grow partnerships with national real estate agencies.
- Coordinate property listings, marketing materials, and sales activities with partner agencies.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and real estate partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of partner agencies and ongoing transactions.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional events to enhance project visibility.
- Provide regular updates, presentations, and training to partner agencies regarding available projects.
- Ensure that all sales processes comply with company standards and legal regulations.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new collaborations.
