Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office activities and front-desk operations
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases
  • Communicate with clients and ensure a professional office atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication in Albanian and English
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • Friendly, professional attitude
